Data

A list is a set of guesses until someone checks it.

Most buyer lists are bought, stale and shared with everyone in your market. We build yours by hand, keep it honest, and leave it with you.

The record

Every name earns its place.

A record in our work holds more than a name and a title. It says why this person, what they are likely to care about, and what we found that makes a conversation reasonable. If a record cannot answer why, it does not go in.

That makes lists smaller. It also makes them useful, because your team can read any row and understand the thinking behind it.

Keeping it true

People move. The data should notice.

  • Checked before useWe confirm that a person still holds the role before anyone writes to them.
  • Stops are permanentSomeone who asks not to be contacted stays on a stop list that every channel reads.
  • Your customers stay outExisting customers and partners are kept out of new buyer work unless you ask otherwise.

What it teaches you

The data is also the forecast.

Once the channels are running, the data shows you something a referral never could. How many reachable buyers exist. Which kinds answer. Which reasons to talk work and which fall flat. That is the raw material of a number you can plan around.

You cannot forecast what you cannot see. The data is how you see it.

Who owns it

You do, from the first row.

The data lives in your own systems, not in ours. At handover there is nothing to export and nothing to negotiate. It was always yours.

How outbound uses it

Where to start

Ask for a buyer map before you decide anything.

It is a short, honest read of your company. Which channels you run today. Which ones sit idle. Where a system would fit, and what we would measure it against. There is no deck and no obligation.
