This notice explains what Prospects Lab collects through this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form.
When you send a request through our contact form we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you choose to give them, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message.
Why we collect it
To answer you.
We use these details to reply about the request you made, which usually means preparing and discussing your buyer map. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it
Until the request is closed, then up to 12 months.
We keep your details while we are dealing with your request. Once it is closed we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have a record if you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
We do not sell it.
Your details are never sold, rented or traded. They are seen only by the people at Prospects Lab who answer your request and by the services that host this site and deliver our messages.
Your choices
Ask, and we will act.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to jessica.davis@prospectslab.co or send the request through our contact form. Reply "stop" to any message from us and we will not contact you again.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not know you visited unless you choose to tell us.
